This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, stored, and shared when you use our Products and Services. Our Products and Services include licenses to use our software applications, licenses to use our software application programming interfaces, as well licenses to access content provided on our websites at attentif.ai.
Types and methods of information collection
When you access or use our Products and Services we automatically receive, collect, and store the following information:

We refer to this information as Order Information.

We may share your Typical Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above. Please note that in general we do not alter our data collection and use practices for our Products and Services when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through our websites), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Data protection and retention
We implement numerous technical and organizational measures to help protect the security of your Personal Information, including but not limited to different types of encryption, password protection, and secure hashing where appropriate. In addition, we only work with well-established, reputable business partners for web hosting, cloud computing, and payment processing. For example, when you purchase any of our Products or Services through an app store, your payment information is processed by the app store as securely as any other payment to the same app store. For orders through our websites, the name of the payment processing company will be visible to you. When you place an order through our websites, we will maintain your Order Information for our records, unless and until you ask us to delete this information. At your request, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as the following:
